Girl, Wash Your Face

No, I'm not telling you to literally wash your face, but I am telling you to buy this book. I don't read often, but I love for someone to read TO me so I'm a huge fan of the audiobook. I commute to my full time corporate job one hour each way so I can listen to a lot of books during a month.

If you have ever felt "not enough" this book is for you. The author, Rachel Hollis is relate-able, funny and real. I'd call this self development that you can apply immediately. Witty bits of wisdom are found throughout the book such as, "When you really want something you will find a way. When you don't, you will find an excuse". I mean, that is the honest truth right there! Another one of my favorites: "Comparison is the death of all joy, and the only person you need to be better than is the one you were yesterday". I could go on and on. She also has a blog, a podcast, a cookbook, tons of practical advice, and a super cute husband, I digress,

Do yourself a favor and grab the book, whatever version works best in your life, and prepare to be changed!
