Returns + Exchanges
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes things just don't work out. Please inspect your items upon arrival. We do not offer refunds; however, we offer store credit for items returned within 10 days. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, free from makeup stains, perfumes, smoke, obvious wear, and original tags must be attached. Store credits are valid for 6 months.
No returns on Sale merchandise.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Damaged items are only valid for an in-store credit. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment and with the original tags still in place. Report damaged items within 3 days of receipt by sending us a message at email@example.com. GBB is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We highly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking.
